“Very accomodating for me and my cat! Great bed.”

“I was a huge fan of Brookmere and I will go back. However, I was quite sad to see every trip resulted in more issues than the last. I suspect the hotel is very thinly staffed because the issues stemmed from lack of care rather than poor facilities. e.g. Housekeeping would clean the bathroom but leave all the hair on the floor, repeatedly. “I didn’t know where the front desk was when I went in. It looked like the check in for the restaurant. There was no one around. I walked around and finally found someone to ask where the front desk for the hotel was. I still had to wait for 2 people to come out. Then his computer didn’t work. The other person who seemed annoyed had to help me check in. She did ask if I had a preference, I asked for a low level room, minimal walking to out side. “No breakfast available. Bathroom very dated and tub shower unsafe with no grab bar. Would not stay here again”

“Our room was nice and clean. The only problem we had was it smelled like a can of Pledge exploded in our room. We opened the windows and thought it would dissipate by the time we got back from dinner, but sadly it did not. It was so bad that I almost went and slept in our car. We got up and left early because of the smell of our room.”

“I felt this hotel was overpriced for what I got. They had to change my room because the dark window shade was broken and wouldn’t open at all. That room was dark and depressing. I didn’t understand how to raise and lower the temperature in my room. The staff member’s solution was to have me just reave it off which was not a good solution.
